Adhering to principles of fairness and transparency, we implement the following tiered charging strategy based on sample type and your cooperation potential:
Charging Standard: Cost price is charged. This fee covers basic material costs, manual sampling labor costs, and reasonable material loss fees during production.
Tiered Discounts Bulk Sampling: A bundled discount price is offered for single applications of multiple standard samples (e.g., 3 or more).
Custom Samples Refers to samples requiring dedicated design, mold opening, or significant adjustments to production processes.
Charging Standard: Full cost is charged. This fee includes dedicated mold costs (mold opening costs), special material procurement costs, programming and debugging fees, and manual sampling labor costs.
Large Customer Negotiation: For strategic customers with clear procurement intent and large expected order volumes, we may negotiate shared responsibility for upfront mold opening costs.
